If you are not able to log into your account this may be due to you entering an incorrect email address, password, or two-factor authentication.
- Please make sure that you are using the correct email address for your account. If you own multiple email addresses and you are in doubt which one is correct, please search in your email client for "Bullex" and see which email address was used previously for your Bullex account.
- If you have forgotten your password, go to Log In, enter the email address you used for your Bullex account, and click "Forgot Password." You will then receive an email to reset your password. If you don't see this email appear in your inbox within two hours, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Please check whether the time zone of the mobile phone you use for Google Authenticator has changed since you last logged in to Bullex. If the time zone has changed this may cause problems. Please ensure that time zone is set automatically on your phone or that you always keep it up to date. Usually Google Authenticator resolves these problems automatically, however if you have the Android app, you can also click on the three dots in your Google Authenticator app and select the 'Sync device time' option.
